BackAlley_GYC Games released a new game called SnakeByte Blue and the version is 0.02b. The game’s story is about is a porn parody of Great Y Comics’ “SnakeByte” comic: a VERY adult reimagining set in a fantasy, action-packed world. You take the role of a pragmatic young girl who is given the task of tracking down an ancient source of power, before the world falls into a state of corruption at the hands of an evil goddess.

This is slow-burn, RPG MAKER title; featuring tactical turn-based grid combat with sex scenes in and out of combat, Busty mums and Muscled dads, lesbian antics, all wrapped up in a humorous bow! Warning, there is about 15 mins of prologue before you get to any sexy stuff, but it’s worth playing to introduce you to all the elements going on… but you can always skip it. Also, with this being a parody, tonally it’s going to be a rather pleasant ride.

  • Knowledge and Combat Skill stats rebalanced and updated, now if you put points into them, you’ll actually feel a difference!
  • Luck (and all references to luck) changed to “Escape Chance”.
  • KoZE Army troopers have different coloured sprites, and are now more aggressive, regulars prioritise grab more. All Enemies can’t use guard anymore.
  • Rio rebalanced to be deadly up close, weak at range.
  • Completed Quests now give EXP.
  • Rebalanced Weeding Job, tendrils no longer end the job instantly. Players also can’t use items during work now.
  • Added “Tiredness” bar to jobs.
  • Bathing now restores small amount of Reserve Energy.
  • Lowered Morale Camp “Score” needed to get lowest good outcome from 8 to 5.

  • Fixed the random crashes bug thanks to spaces in content titles and names.
  • Black screen bug after combat fixed

Technical

  • Library now gives hints of how to unlock story (blue crystal) scenes.
  • Added the ability to continue the game after getting a “Game Over”. The game will keep track of the number of times you need to restart, which will affect your score at the end! Be careful though, becoming fully corrupted too many times could spell disaster!
  • Correct Rio portraits will now display when first talking to her (As the “red Haired Knight”).
  • Players can skip Pare-More or go to the various Camps when completed it.

Developer Notes:

Oh wait, I know. So, with each area of the game I create, I’m going to update the content within it based on letters. For example, 0.0.1 (A) – being laying the general groundwork, (B) – adding characters and some content, (C) will be adding more content beyond the existing , and on and on until the stage is complete. I’m aiming for monthly updates btw.

Then we head onto 0.0.2 (a) – set the stage, (B) add content, (C) add more content and so on until the project gets to 0.1.0 – wherein this will be the stage where I add in the little animations, sound effects, and all that jazz.
