Yokoshima Health Check Clinic [Final] By Monotool

Monotool Games released a new game called Yokoshima Health Check Clinic and the version is Final. The game’s story is about A mini RPG about a girl who has naughty encounters at a health clinic. The standing pixel art changes and animates depending on the scene. There is no combat or training elements.​

Events:

Creampies! Sexual harassment! Situations where the girl is being forced into things are the main event. Try not to get caught when you’re doing naughty things! (fake exam, sex while she’s sleeping, sneak photography, etc) Not just situations related to medical check-ups either! This game also features some older girl/younger guy action and interspecies relations.
