N.i.P. [v0.8.9] By Lapsa

Lapsa Games released a new game called N.i.P. and the version is 0.8.9. The game’s story is about In N.i.P. (Short for Nal in Peril), you play as an Avali named Nal who has to make their way off of a ship infested with parasitic tentacled lifeforms that seem undeterred by a lack of willingness. The game is fairly short, but should suffice to entertain those that are into tentacles and avians.​

Developer Notes:

This is a short game I wrote up to test out a few mechanics for Inform, in hopes of optimizing things and creating more efficient code. I’ve also included a few other mechanics I wanted to experiment with. The game is, as of now, finished in its entirety. It should be possible – barring bugs – to complete the game from start to finish. At this time, I have no plans to add more content.

Also, my sincerest of apologies – but a dark mode is impossible without third party software.

Finally, in case it wasn’t clear. I am not the owner or creator of the Avali. All credit for them goes to RyuujinZERO! I merely wanted to include them in this project due to their cuteness.
