MUGEN: Personal Edition [2023-07-24] By LPKS

LPKS Games released a new game called MUGEN: Personal Edition and the version is 2023-07-24. The game’s story is about I made my own version of Mugen over the past 2 years, was only planning to release it when it was ready, but due to due to the lack of time that I am trying, I think it would be better to already make the current version available, I used the “Zp’s ADM MUGEN” mugen as a base, but I changed all the characters and edited several animation sprites.​

Now I’m releasing the definitive version, so I’ve added a lot of new characters, fixed more animations, some old boring animations too
were replaced by new ones, and now the game also has new scenarios
