You won’t need to start a new game. Old saves are still compatible. I found a way to avoid adding some variables. It’s not the best way sure, but the most comfortable one for all parties involved.

Change Unlockables: There will be 10 items in all new versions to find and each item opens now 3 rendering and not only 1. Next, you will be able to find all unlockable on each path available. So you don’t need some games to unlock everything. Naughty scenes are still limited to previous decisions, Tho.
