The game’s story is about is a visual novel-like interactive fiction game where you take the role of a “recruiter” of a multi-national tech company. You encounter various types of characters as “applicants” and must make appropriate decisions based on the criteria given by your manager. Of course, you’re free to do anything that you want!​

Get to know them, their background, and their personality, and eventually decide whether to hire them or not. However, some applicants will do literally anything to get a job in the company!

• “Promotions”, where your character gets promoted to the next level of the interview process and gets to perform Physical Examinations, the ability to Termination, and Panel Interviews.
• “After-work mechanics” to enhance your character’s stats such as taking online courses, going to the gym, or watching a variety of porn!
• More simulation-like mechanics like buying food, furniture, or renting a new apartment
