Caliross, The Shapeshifter’s Legacy [v0.9.12a] By mdqp

mdqp Games released a new game called Caliross, The Shapeshifter’s Legacy and the version is 0.9.12a. The game’s story is about is a fantasy-themed game, which will follow a young up-and-coming historian, as she takes her first steps outside her hometown and into the real world, to learn more about the elusive nature of her own kind, the shapeshifters. Will she become a member of the Mage guild, or of the Adventurer’s guild? Will she find out more about her heritage, or will she be too busy working extra time in sleazy bars to make a living?

The game will feature several factions, each with their own goals and objectives. With your actions, you might willingly or unknowingly benefit this or that group, as the event unfolds, but the open-world nature of the game will leave it up to you if you want to get more involved with the politics of the world, or if you want to just do your own thing.​

Game Version Changelog:

v0.9.12

• Changed the Haste amulet so that it only stops players from using magic during battle (so that you don’t have to swap it out whenever you must solve puzzles);
• Added Outcasts’ questline outcome to the ending (art coming soon);
• Tweaked the random encounter with the Outcast in Tarkas (if you have Marintas’s Charm) so that it acknowledges the situation if you finished the questline (also made some slight improvements to the scene in general);
• Tweaked the encounter with the fairy queen in Rahib (now you can “dodge” the scene);
• 1 new Alec scene (talk with his master in Zanark about his whereabouts, then visit the newly added path to the east of the library);
• 1 new scene at the QoH (if you are a stripper, working has a 50% to trigger an option for an “after-work party” with your collegues);
• 1 new scene at the QoH, VIP area (the lady with blue hair and red dress now also has a scene if you wear the “domme” outfit);
• 1 new scene with Professor Selina Newell (50% chance for this scene or the previous one to trigger when asking her for “special lessons”);
• 1 new scene with Tania (at the end of her path, might need you to rewatch the previous scene first);
